3dEYE Platform Portals Overview

👉 Admin Portal

This is the core configuration interface where platform administrators can remotely manage camera settings, securely tunnel into camera web pages, adjust motion detection and analytics, and fine-tune recording/image quality. PTZ presets, camera controls, user management with granular permissions, and system-wide role creation are handled here.

Administrators can also create unlimited dealers, integrators, and end-customers without seat restrictions. A fully featured billing engine is included, supporting sub-integrator-specific subscription plans, billing tiers, markup control, Stripe integration, and optional QuickBooks and Stripe integrations.

👉 Video Portal

This is the flagship cloud-based VMS where end-users manage live and recorded video with bi-directional audio, create layout presets, perform appearance/object-based searches, create/export clips and timelapses, view cameras on maps, and securely share live or archived video streams.

👉 Video Wall

A lightweight browser-based solution for passive, uninterrupted live viewing in 24/7 SOC environments.

👉 NextGen Monitoring Portal

(formerly “Alarm Station”)

A robust alarm and video monitoring interface featuring full forensic review, incident management, real-time alerting, 1-click emergency dialling, IP speaker integration, and localized interfaces.

Arming schedules can be configured per site and overridden through:

  • Arming on schedule

  • Manual arming via web UI

  • Arming via API

  • (Mobile app arming coming soon, and can be prioritised for Everon)

👉 Mobile Apps (iOS & Android)

Official apps are available in app stores for live feeds, archives, events, and push notifications for alerts.
