Step 1:
Determine camera series and download appropriate firmware and push module.
G0, G1, G5, R2, R4, and R6 series cameras can be used with the P&P method. For G2 and G5 series cameras, the Push Module is embedded in the firmware, so no separate Push Module application is required.

If the camera was used before or the factory configuration was modified please restore the factory default settings on the camera. To do this go to System=>Maintenance=>Upgrade and Maintenance and press the "Default" button.
Step 2:
Upgrade the camera using downloaded firmware. Next, upgrade the camera firmware using the appropriate version for your camera series. Visit this page↗️ to download the firmware. To upgrade the firmware go to System=>Maintenance=>Upgrade and Maintenance, browse to find the location where you saved the firmware, and click the "Upgrade" button.
Step 3:
Configure camera network settings. Then configure camera internet access. Starting from TCP/IP settings, DHCP configuration is recommended. If using a manual IP address configuration ensure that camera has access to the Internet. Check “Default Gateway” and “preferred DNS” server fields and make sure they are valid for your location.
⚠️Important: If your network has a firewall, allow output TCP traffic to port 443.
Check that the HTTP port is set to 80 and the RTSP port is set to 554 (custom values are not supported)
Step 4:
Configure the camera clock. Make sure the camera clock is configured correctly. NTP configuration is recommended. Additionally, doing an NTP test will help confirm that all other network settings are correct. If the NTP test fails check the NTP server address, if it is correct check Default Gateway and DNS server settings.
Step 5:
Configure ONVIF. Next, Enable ONVIF services and Add ONVIF User. (Not all models require this step if there is no Integration Protocol tab on your camera skip this step) On any Hikvision cameras with a firmware version of 5.5.0 or higher, you must make sure ONVIF is enabled in the camera settings, before adding it to the platform. Use the Add button to create a new user. We recommend using the same credentials as you used to access the camera web interface. Make sure to select the Administrator type for ONVIF users.
⚠️IMPORTANT: do not use the default password. The camera will not work with the default password.
Step 6:
Install the push module into the camera. Go to the “Open platform” tab and install 3DEYEPUSHMODULE_(series).app package for the appropriate series model. You can download the series-specific pack here↗️
After successful installation select the 3DEYE PUSH MODULE application in the list of applications and click “Start”.
Wait for 5-15 seconds and then click the “Log” button.
In the opened window find the line “3dEYE register code” and use the code to register the camera in the 3dEYE cloud↗️.
Step 7:
From the Admin Portal, go to the Cameras tab and click Add. Select P&P and enter the Registration Code from Step 6. Enter the desired Camera Name. If the camera credentials were changed from the factory defaults, select Use Custom Credentials and enter the ONVIF user credentials created earlier. Select the Billing Option and click Create. 3dEYE will automatically find the camera and create a connection path to it.
