⭐ Integrator-Level Admin Portal
The Integrator-Level Admin Portal provides a spreadsheet‑style interface for managing Customers, Managers, cameras, alerts, events, and account settings. Most menus function like sortable tables, allowing you to filter, search, and organize information efficiently.
1. Dashboard
When you log in to the Admin Portal, the Dashboard is the first page you see. It provides high‑level statistics for your account. The date range can be adjusted by selecting a start and end date and clicking Show.
To view graphical statistics, use the Charts button. This opens a page displaying camera‑by‑camera metrics, as well as total storage, traffic, and clip duration for the past three months.
Use the Language selector to change the interface language; this will affect only your user's default settings.
2. Customers Menu
The table is not real‑time; it loads fresh data only when opened or when Refresh is clicked.
Key Functions
- Deleted Customers tab → View removed customers/integrators
- Columns → Show/hide specific columns
- Entries per page → Adjust pagination
- Sort → Sort by any column using arrow controls
- Search → Type in column headers; supports partial matches. Use "x" to clear the typed text
- Reset Filters → Clears all filters
- Reset Settings → Restores default table layout
3. Managers Menu
Menu managers show all users with a manager access level. There are two types of managers:
- Operational manager
- Billing manager
Currently, both managers have the same permission, level of access, and functions, but in the future, when billing is expanded, the two types of managers will have distinctly different roles. At the moment, please use the Operational Manager role if your intended use for the new account is to help with existing customer management and/or the creation of new customers.
To change a manager's password, delete or review activity logs for a manager, simply click on the name from the table and choose the appropriate tab. From the User tab, the current role can be deleted, and a new role can be assigned to the selected manager.
From the Security tab, the new password can be assigned to the manager's account, and the manager can be disabled to restrict access to the system. There are two options for how the password can be changed:
1. Without notification to the manager
2. With a notification email, a new password will be included in the email.
- Creating a Manager
To create a new Manager, use the Add button. In the window that will appear, provide the name and email of the new manager, then choose a role and create a secure password. Alternatively, you can select to generate a temporary password that will be sent in the invitation email, and then the manager will be required to change the password on the first login.
4. Cameras Menu
Menu cameras will open on the P&P cameras tab. This table will show only P&P cameras for all your customers. To view, ONVIF and Generic cameras switch to the Customer Cameras tab to view the history of deleted cameras, and use the Deleted Cameras tab.
- Adding a Camera
Use the Add button to register a new camera. When the Add button is used from this menu, you will have one more level of options compared to the same button when used from the customer-level menu Cameras.
The first step will ask you to either choose a customer to whom you want to assign a new camera, or you can choose the Your P&P Cameras option to pre-register the camera in our system for quick assignment in the future.
This option allows you to create a stock of cameras in our system. Such cameras will be listed as Registered in the table.
Doing so decreases the number of steps needed to activate the camera to just two steps once it is deployed on the customer premises:
1. Choose a customer to whom the camera will be assigned
2. Choose a billing plan
To view the camera's properties, click on the camera name. The table is not refreshed in real-time but is rather read every time you open it or use the Refresh button, thus if the camera state changed after the table was opened, this change won't be shown automatically. To refresh the status of cameras in the table, use the Refresh button.
To modify which columns are shown, click on the Columns button and choose those that you wish to see:
You can change how many entries are shown on a single page:
You can sort the table using any column, just press on the arrows to assign the selected column as main and sort either descending or ascending:
Start typing in the column header to search for the specific ID/name/email/etc. You can use partial names and type partial values in multiple-column headers to shortlist the table. Use "x" to clear the typed text:
Use the Reset Filters button to reset entered filters from all columns at once.
User Reset Settings button to restore default table settings.
5. Alerts Menu
Menu Alerts on the Integrator level will allow integrators to create system event alerts delivered to the main integrator email or manager emails. From here, you can create rules to have alerts for all of your customers delivered to a single inbox rather than multiple emails for every customer.
- Creating an Alert
To create a new alert, click on the Create System Event button and choose a customer for whom you want to create the alert. On the next page, configure the parameters for this new alert:
Notification Filtering aggregates multiple camera issues into a single notification.
Important Note: Mobile push notifications for Camera Down events are currently not functional. The document states: “Mobile push notifications for the Camera down events are not working at this time.” Object detection push notifications work normally.
6. Logs Menu
Under the Logs menu on the Integrator level, all manager and integrator activity can be reviewed.
The table can show three different scenarios:
1. By Count will show either the last entries from the selected time or the most recent entries to the selected time.
2. By Time will show entries for the most recent specified number of hours.
3. By Period will show all logs for the selected time period.
To view details of any of the log entries, click on it. The table is not refreshed in real-time but is rather read every time you open it or use the Refresh button, thus if there was activity after the table was opened, this activity won't be shown automatically. To refresh the list of logs in the table, use the Refresh button.
To modify which columns are shown click on the Columns button and choose those that you wish to see:

7. API Keys Menu
API methods allow you to integrate your own or third-party software with our platform. Currently, we have over 75 methods that allow you to create, modify and delete various components of our platform using your own interface with the ability to automate routine tasks.
For the API methods to work, you will need to obtain the correct API key for the correct customer level. Each integrator and customer has a unique API key, and their values can be found from the API Keys menu or using your integrator API key and the Get API Key method from our collection. For example, when creating a new customer, an integrator API key has to be used, but when creating and assigning a new camera to an existing customer, a customer API key has to be entered.
To access documentation and view your integrator API key, open the profile menu and select the API menu from there:
You can rename the API keys of your customers by clicking on them and editing the name field.
To disable API methods for a specific customer, use the Enable/Disable slider:
To view documentation and examples on how to use API methods, open the API menu from your profile dropdown menu and click on the API Documents link:
8. Profile Menu
Menu Profile allows you to modify your user account credentials. You can also change your account password and username from your email IDs to something else. Additionally, you enable or disable the Multifactor Authenticators for your account from the Menu Profile. To go to the Menu Profile, first, click on the Dropdown next to the Account Name and then click on the 'Profile' under the User section.
- To change the Account's First and Last Name and the Email ID
You can modify your first and last name and your email from the User Info tab under the Menu Profile. Click on Save to save the changes.
Note: The First and Last Name or the email is different from the Account contact information stored under the "Account Profile" menu.
- To change the account password
You can change your Admin Portal password by going to the Password Tab. You need to enter your current password in order to change it to a new one.
Note: If the user forgot their password, they can request a new password from the Admin portal login page by clicking on the Forgot password link.
- To change the Username
By default, the username is the email address that was initially used during the account creation. The same email ID is used to log in to the Admin Portal. You have the flexibility to change your account username from your default email ID to something else according to your preference. Go to the Username tab under the Menu Profile and change the username for your account.
To change the username, first you need to uncheck the box stating to use email as the username:
After saving the changes, you will be able to log in to the Admin Portal only with the new user name. This means the email ID used earlier for logging in will no longer work after the change on the Username tab.
To change the username back to the default email ID, you can select the option of Use email as username again.
- To use Multi-factor Authenticator
To enable the MFA on the account, you need to first click on the enable button on the Multi-factor Authentication Tab under the Menu Profile.
Then you will be provided with multiple authenticator mobile app options, which you can select from. Once the app is installed, you need to scan the QR code shown on the MFA tab using the application on your mobile phone.
This will provide a 6-digit code on the authenticator mobile app, which you need to enter in the code box on the MFA tab, and then you need to click enable again to enable the Multi-factor authentication on your account at every login.
