Creating a Sub‑Integrator

As an Integrator, you can create your own sub‑integrators and earn profit from the customers they onboard. Sub‑integrators operate independently adding and managing their own customers while still remaining part of your business structure.

Step 1 — Select “Integrator” as the Customer Type

1. Go to the Customers menu.

2. Click Add.

3. In the popup window, select Integrator.

This begins the sub‑integrator creation process.

         

Step 2 — Set Pricing for the Sub‑Integrator

Enter the rates you want the sub‑integrator to pay for:

• Storage

• Traffic

Click Next to continue.

                       

Step 3 — Enter Sub‑Integrator Details

Fill in the required information for the new sub‑integrator.

⚠️ Important: Use a valid email address. A confirmation email will be sent, and the sub‑integrator cannot access the system until they click Confirm Email in the welcome message.

Step 4 — Assign Plans

Select the cloud recording plans you want the sub‑integrator to have access to.

• Click Create Customer to finalize the setup.

• To edit the name or price of a plan for this specific account, click the plan in the list.

• To hide a plan, use the ON/OFF slider in the Selected column.

⚠️ Note: There may be multiple pages of plans. Review all pages to ensure the correct plans are selected or modified.

       

Step 5 — Optional: Restrict Access

By default, sub‑integrators have access to all system modules. You can restrict features individually for each sub‑integrator.

• Restrictions apply to all customers under that sub‑integrator.

• Restrictions do not affect your other customers or other sub‑integrators.

Viewing Sub‑Integrator Statistics

To view statistics for any sub‑account (Integrator or Customer):

1. Open the Customers menu.

2. Click the account name.

3. Review statistics on the first tab of the customer properties window.
