Overview
3dEYE clients now have the flexibility to customize the Video Portal theme according to their preferences. This includes enabling dark mode, changing the Navigation Bar position, and selecting a theme color. These settings will be applied as the default for all customers and users of the Integrator unless separate branding is configured for a specific subaccount.
Enabling Portal Branding
To configure branding settings for the Video Portal, please follow these steps:
Sign in using your account or a Manager account.
Select the Account for which you want to enable branding.
Navigate to the Branding tab for the selected account.
Click on the Video Portal tab.
Ensure the Enable Portal Branding option is selected.
Click Save to apply the changes.
Customizing Navigation Bar Position
The default position of the Navigation Bar can be adjusted. By default, it appears at the top, but can be moved to another position. When applied to integrator account this change will be reflected for all customers and users of the Integrator unless a separate branding is configured for specific subaccount.
Configuring Video Portal Theme
You can choose between two default modes for the Video Portal:
Dark Mode: The background is dark with bright text.
Light Mode: The background is white with dark text.
Additionally, the theme can be synced with the OS theme. When the OS theme is set to Dark Mode, the Video Portal will automatically switch to dark. If the OS theme changes to Light Mode based on the time of day, the Video Portal will also transition accordingly.
Enabling Dark Mode Support
To activate Dark Mode support:
Navigate to the Video Portal settings under the Branding tab.
Toggle ON the "Enable Dark Mode Support" switch.
Customizing the Video Portal Color Scheme
You can further personalize the Video Portal by modifying its color scheme. This feature allows customization of the colors for:
Buttons
Layouts
Other UI elements
By selecting a preferred color scheme, you can ensure the Video Portal aligns with your brand identity.
