Assigning Sales Managers to customers and sub‑integrators is an effective way to organize account ownership, streamline sales operations, and improve visibility across multiple accounts. Each Sales Manager can be responsible for a specific group of customers or sub‑integrators, allowing your organization to distribute workload efficiently and maintain clear accountability.
1. Creating a Sales Manager User
To create a new Sales Manager:
Navigate to the Managers menu.
Click Add.
Select User.
-
Enter the required user details:
First and last name
Email address
Password
From the Role list, select Sales Manager.
This creates a dedicated Sales Manager account with permissions tailored for managing assigned customers and sub‑integrators.
2. Assigning Customers or Sub‑Integrators
Once the Sales Manager user is created:
Open the Customers section within the Sales Manager profile.
Select the customers and/or sub‑integrators you want to assign.
The assigned Sales Manager will now have access to those accounts and can manage them accordingly—reviewing activity, monitoring performance, and supporting sales operations.
3. Managing Multiple Sales Managers
Our platform supports multiple Sales Managers. This is especially useful when:
You have a large customer base
You want to divide accounts by region, vertical, or priority
You need clearer ownership and accountability
Each Sales Manager can be assigned a unique set of accounts, ensuring efficient distribution of responsibilities.
Important: Only one unique Sales Manager can be assigned to a customer or sub‑integrator at a time. This ensures clear ownership and prevents conflicting account management.
