How to add GAGO IP Speaker using P&P Method

    Users can register a GAGO IP Speaker on the 3dEYE platform using its Registration Code, added through the Admin Panel as a P&P Camera↗️

    • Locate the Registration Code on the GAGO IP Speaker

    1. Open the GAGO IP speaker’s web interface by entering its IP address in a browser and signing in.
    2. In the left menu, select Network, then open the Platform tab. 
    3. Under the 3dEYE section, find the Registration Code field and copy the code.
                                                                    
    Keep this code available for the next step in the 3dEYE Admin Panel.

    • Add the Speaker in the 3dEYE Admin Panel

    1. Sign in to the 3dEYE  Admin Portal↗️ and begin the standard Add Camera workflow. 
    2. Select the customer account, then choose P&P Camera as the camera type.  
    3. Paste the Registration Code copied from the speaker into the Registration Code field. 
    4. Enter a device name and the GAGO IP speaker’s username and password. Re-enter the password in Confirm Password. 
    5. Click Create to complete the registration. 
      
      
             
             
                                                                   

                                            



    ⚠️Note: Although the Admin Panel labels this as a “Camera,” you must select P&P Camera when registering the GAGO IP speaker. Always use the speaker’s own login credentials.

    • Enable the Microphone for Talkdown

    1. After registration, open the newly added device in the Admin Panel. 
    2. Go to the General tab and locate the Mic setting. 
    3. Ensure the Mic toggle is enabled (green), then click Save if changes were made.
                                                                               

    ⚠️Note: This setting is required for talkdown functionality.
