How to add Intelbras Camera using P&P method

Overview

This guide walks through installing the 3dEYE Push Module on an Intelbras camera using the camera's built-in web interface. Follow each step in order. The entire process takes approximately 2–5 minutes.

Prerequisites

• The 3dEYE Push Module .bin file provided by 3dEYE support: Download↗️

• Access to the  Intelbras camera web interface (admin credentials required).

• A stable network connection to the camera during installation.

Step 1: Opening Camera Interface

The update procedure can be done one the camera web interface or by using the Intelbras tool “Ip Utility”. In this case we’re going to show step-by-step using camera web page using the browser and typing camera IP address.

Step 2: Open Camera Settings

Log in to the camera's web interface. On the main live view page, click the gear icon (⚙) located in the top-right corner of the page.

A settings panel will click on "Ajustes", then click on “Atualização”.

Step 3: Choose the Push Module File

The “Atualização” page will open. On Atualização area there is a file upload section. Click "Abrir" and browse to the camera firmware version that include 3dEYE Push Module .bin file provided to you.

Step 4: Execute the Installation

After choose the correct file, the filename will appear next to the "Abrir" button confirming your selection. Click “Atualizar” button.

Step 5: Wait — Installation in Progress

The camera will display a message confirming installation has started. Do not close the browser or turn off the camera power until installation is complete.

Step 6: Verify Installation Success

Once complete, login again on the camera and go to “Configurações”->”Informações”->”Versão”, and check if “Versão de software” has the correct firmware version.

Step 7: Enable ONVIF User

3dEYE platform will connect on the camera by ONVIF protocol, so make sure the ONVIF user is created. Go to “Configurações”->”Sistema”->”Serviços”->”ONVIF” and check if this service is enabled. Also create a ONVIF user with administrator role, 3dEYE platform will require such permission because it will always configure the video quality according the plan.

Step 8: Configure Video Encoder to H.264

Cloud VMS is compatible only with H.264, so make sure the camera is configured that way.
Go to “Configurações”->”Sistema”->”Vídeo” and check if the compression type is H.264.

Step 9: Configure Camera NTP

The camera time should be in sync with the NTP server.

Step 10: Post  Installation Validation

After installing the correct firmware version, the 3dEYE Push Module will be ready to connect to the platform. You will only need the Registration Code, which is a unique identifier used to register the camera on 3dEYE.

The Registration Code is created using the prefix “INTB” followed by the camera’s MAC address. Example: INTB00ddaabbddcc

IP Utility tool can be used to check the camera MAC address
