3dEYE Partner Billing Explained

Adding a Credit Card

Before using cloud services, ensure that a valid credit card with available balance is added to your 3deye Integrator account: https://admin.3deye.me/en/Account/CreditCardđź”—. You must be signed in to your Integrator account to complete this step.

Free Trial Period

After creating a 3deye Integrator account, the first 30 days of cloud usage are free. This trial period allows testing of:

  • Different subscription plans

  • Streaming and retention settings

  • Add‑ons and integrations

Only the one‑time setup fee applies during this period.

Monthly Billing and Minimum Maintenance Fee

After the 30‑day trial, each billing month includes a minimum maintenance fee. This fee:

Once monthly cloud usage exceeds the minimum spend, billing switches to actual accrued cloud usage only.

Monthly Invoice Generation

Each month, 3deye automatically generates an invoice for your company. Invoices are available in the My Invoices🔗 section of your Integrator account.

Important: Do not confuse this with the  Billing module🔗 in the top menu, which is intended for billing your clients, not your own 3deye charges.

At the end of each month:

  1. The billing module generates your invoice.

  2. The credit card on file🔗 is charged for the outstanding balance.

If the card has issues (expired, insufficient funds, etc.), a notification is sent. Keeping payment information updated prevents service interruption and additional fees.

Annual Prepayment Option

3deye services are billed monthly by default. However, you may prepay for one year and receive a 10% discount. This option is useful when clients prefer annual billing or when reducing monthly cash‑flow management is beneficial.

Closing an Integrator Account

To close a 3deye Integrator account and stop future charges, submit a closure request to: support@3deye.me

Disabling vs. Deleting Cameras

Cameras can be temporarily disabled in: Integrator Account → Camera Settings → General Tab

Important considerations:

  • Disabled cameras still incur charges for:

    • Remaining cloud data

    • Active analytics

  • Charges stop only when:

    • The camera is deleted, or

    • All retained data associated with the plan has expired
